The Nicole Paultre Bell “When Its Real Its Forever, Inc. A Not For Profit Organization was formed after the of the tragic death of her soon to be husband Sean Bell.On November 24, 2006 the eve of his wedding Sean Bell joined his friends in celebration of his upcoming wedding ceremony to his high school sweetheart Nicole Paultre and mother of their two young daughters.
Upon leaving his celebration in the early hours of his wedding day November 25, 2006 , Sean was gunned downed and killed in a hail of 50 bullets fired by the New York Police Department.
Two of his friends were seriously injured.
All men were found to be unarmed.
Nicole Paultre Bell vowed that she would devote her energy to seeking justice for her Fiancé Sean Bell and other victims of police brutality. Nicole took this tragedy and decided to make something positive happen to help heal the community and make a difference in our neighborhoods by providing a forum for informing and reaching out to others in her community. She wants their two young daughters to not see bitterness, but see hope.
The purpose of this organization is to assist families and communities in need. We seek to promote a venue whereby people can receive and understand the resources and tools they possess and that are available to them. "We cannot afford to forget families in crisis from injustices by the courts system, police brutality, gun violence, civil rights abuse and abandonment from our own Government."
Nicole is determined to help uplift her community as her Fiancé Sean Bell was upstanding man, husband, father, son and friend to all.
